We believe your data should always remain in your control. With the Your Data, Your Ownership feature in Vineforce Teams, you decide where your organization’s data is stored and how long it is retained.
This feature lets you connect your own Azure Storage, ensuring that all screenshots, tracker logs, and related data are securely stored on your own servers. This provides full transparency, enhanced privacy, and complete ownership of your data.
You can also configure automatic document expiry, which deletes older screenshots after a specified number of days. This helps optimize storage usage while ensuring that only relevant data is retained according to your organization’s policies.
