User Attentiveness in Vineforce Teams
The User Attentiveness feature in Vineforce Teams helps measure how alert and active users are during their working hours while using the Vineforce Desktop Tracker. It offers a simple, non-intrusive way to understand focus levels and work patterns throughout the day.
At random intervals, the Tracker displays an attentiveness question on the user’s screen. Users must enter the correct answer before the countdown ends. Each response is recorded and contributes to the user’s overall attentiveness score.
From the Vineforce web portal, administrators can view detailed attentiveness insights, including how many questions were:
- Answered correctly
- Answered incorrectly
- Missed (time ran out)
- Not attempted (question appeared but no action was taken)
- Not triggered (no question was shown during that period)
These insights give teams a clear view of user responsiveness and engagement during working hours.
