News Alerts

Overview

The News Alerts section allows administrators to manage how product updates, announcements, and important system messages are displayed within Vineforce Teams.

These alerts help keep users informed about new features, improvements, and critical updates without relying on external communication channels.

What Are News Alerts?

News Alerts are in-app messages designed to share important information such as:

  • Product updates and new features
  • Platform announcements
  • Service-related notifications
  • Important notices from the Vineforce Teams team

Alerts are displayed within the application so users can stay informed while working.

Managing News Alerts

From the News Alerts menu, administrators can:

  • View available announcements and updates
  • Enable or disable alerts for the organization
  • Control the visibility of news messages
  • Decide which alerts should be shown to users

These controls allow you to balance awareness with productivity.

Who Should Manage News Alerts

News Alerts should be managed by administrators or authorized users responsible for communication and platform configuration.

note

News Alerts are intended for informational purposes and do not affect tracking or productivity data.
